What courier do you use for deliveries?

We use Canada Post and UPS to send most of our orders in Canada.

Why haven’t I received a dispatch email/email confirmation?

Please be aware an automated email is sent to you to the given email address when your order is dispatched. Please check all folders including you junk as it will come from a noreply email address. To ensure emails reach you, add the domain eurocarparts.com to your safe senders list.

Do you deliver on weekends?

For free shipping, we deliver every Friday (Toronto & GTA).

How long will it take to receive my order?

Standards are not guaranteed and may be affected by holidays and seasonal volume, but you can generally expect delivery within the following time frames: 2-3 business days for your local area. 3-5 business days within your province. 3-9 business days across Canada.

I made a mistake. Can I change my order?

We strive to process orders as quickly as possible. But we will try to accommodate any order change. The quickest way to get a hold of us is by emailing us at info@govie.shop. Please be sure to include your order number and to let us know what changes need to be made. We will be sure to let you know, as quickly as possible, whether we were able to make the wanted changes.

How do I apply a promotional code?

To apply a promo code to your order, follow these steps: 1. On the Checkout page, locate the section titled "Apply a Promo Code." 2. Enter your valid promo code in the provided field. 3. Click the "Apply" button to update your order total. Please note that only one discount can be applied to an item at a time. If you have a second promo code to redeem, you'll need to complete a separate transaction.

When will my card be charged for my order?

Due to the nature of our payments system, the full cost of the order will be charged to the card as soon as it is placed.

Below are some common questions about the return process.

How long will it be before I get a refund?

All returned items will be inspected and any item returned in a condition determined as no longer sellable will not be refunded. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment used during checkout. We inspect and process the return within 3 days of receiving the item(s). After that, it can take 7-10 business days for the refund to appear on your account. Please refer to our return policy for more information.

Who pays for return postage?

If you are returning an unsuitable item for a refund we will refund the cost of the item only and not the original delivery cost. Should you be returning a faulty item for a refund we will refund both the original shipping costs and the return delivery costs.
